| Resume Search and Privacy Options |
| If you create a resume using our “Resume Builder” feature that resume will be stored in and available to be searched from our resume database in the United States. You may control your “Resume Builder” resume privacy from your “Account Settings” section, by setting it to either “Show” or “Hide” your “Personal Information” and/or “Photo” publically. You may also control your “Resume Builder” resume search setting, by either allowing your “Resume Builder” resume (s) to be available in our searchable resume database or making it not available, from your “Accounts Settings” section. We cannot control the privacy of your personal information or photo for any resume (s) you upload. By applying for a job or jobs online, your resume will be transferred to the employer (s) listed in your “Online Job Application” form, who may retain a copy of your resume or distribute it to third parties, subject to local law. Big Daw has no control over their use and retention of your resume information. Information you post in public areas of the Big Daw Website or placed in our searchable resume database will be accessed, used and stored by others around the world, including countries that might not have legislation that guarantees adequate protection with respect to your country of residence. Big Daw will take reasonable steps to correct any personal identifiable data that may be incorrect upon being informed by a Registered User of the Big Daw Website. As a Registered User of the Big Daw Website, you can view and change your Registration Data by logging into your account and accessing the features under “Account Settings”. Big Daw will stop using your personal information upon receipt of a request from you, while retaining any record of your personal information that is necessary to comply with applicable laws.
